How to use this for Tony

Three layers, increasing depth:

1. Phase plan tab — the 10-phase project structure. Tony reads this once to understand scope, hard constraints (avoid that judge, exhibit-grade only), and which phases are blocking which. Phases 2 and 3 are now complete (tabs 2 and 3). Phase 4 (evidence harvest) is now unblocked.
2. MSA clause → exhibit map tab — Tony's working document for the meet-and-confer. Every financial clause mapped to the existing exhibits and the missing evidence. Bottom of that tab has a ranked Top-5 Phase-4 harvest list. Start with the SS-arrears reconciliation — that's the F1-risk blocker.
3. California family law tab — reference dossier with code sections, case names, holdings. Tony will know most of this but the citations are pre-pulled for him. Key load-bearing finding: Cal Fam Code §291 makes the $37,950 arrears collectible indefinitely with no laches defense.

What Victor needs to confirm before this goes to Tony

• The $3,500 vs $4,259/mo spousal-support discrepancy. Confirm which rate you've actually been paying since 2022-01. Bank-statement screenshots for any month in 2022 + any month in 2025 should resolve it.
• The meet-and-confer date. If Tony has a target date for sending Kelly's counsel a letter, that shapes Phase 9 timing.
• Output destination preference. Drive folder name for the final exhibit binder; default is My Drive/Personal/Divorce/Meet-Confer-2026-05/.
